I just signed up for a new email account with this server for myself and my husband. We are both EMTs and it is nice to have our own email service. We are going to use this for our CPR Business. We are both AHA CPR/First Aid Instructors. Thanks for the heads up on this service.

I tried to sign up for the medicemail.com and got redirected to hotmail.com, so where do I get this xxx@medicemail.com email?
Andy. The hotmail.com page you are directed to is correct. If you look at the domain choice dropdown it is medicemail.com. Windows Live Hotmail is what powers this free service. You get all the features from Windows Live but with the @medicemail.com address. You will see the MedicEmail.com logo in the upper left corner. But please dont use the xxx@ . Thanks Jim

I love having an email addree with the name Medic attached to it. I have been involves in EMS for over 20 years, and I can still say I am very proud of what I do.

Yes you can use another email client that has POP
